The aim of this project is to choose a service where adherence is not facilitated and the process is painful and time-consuming.
We chose NOS, a telecommunications company, where registration is not available online and where termination is almost impossible!
Much like the joining process, the termination process also takes only 5 steps to complete!
Termination can be done via the NOS mobile phone application.
The Membership process is quite simple. We give few options to the user so that there is not a long delay in their choices.
The user can complete the process in just 5 steps!
